How callbacks work:

We will attempt to contact you during the times you’ve told us you can be available for service as our availability allows. We won’t try to reach you more than one time during any given day.

What if my repair is urgent?

While the program does not offer any set turnaround times, feel free to communicate with us about your needs and we can offer you a best guess of whether we’ll have your repair done by then. In general, it is our goal to limit the number of participants in this program so that all repairs are completed within 30 days. You can always upgrade to our full-price, scheduled service if you need to.

Can I get more than one repair?

Yes! It’s common to need more than one repair when coming into the program. Once your vehicle is running well again, we’ll allow new participants into the program. If you have more vehicle problems later, simply let us know and we’ll put you back in the program as an active participant.

What if I can’t afford all the repairs I need?

No problem! Just let us know and we’ll pause your callbacks until you let us know you’re ready. In addition, the Grey Hare Program makes it affordable to anticipate the cost of repairs by offering inspection and diagnostic services for only $1.00 plus taxes and fees ($1.03 total).

Can I become ineligible for the program?

Yes, in the event we can’t reach you, we will continue to call other program participants. If we fail to reach you on three different days, we will remove you from the program. Other restrictions also apply, such as repair types, vehicle types, and locations. Speak with a staff member about your situation.

How to get started:

Call us and we will gather information about your eligibility, vehicle, and schedule. Once you’re in our system, you can expect to receive callbacks from us.
