How it works

Stranded in a grocery parking lot? Warning light on the dash? Car wouldn’t start when trying to leave your home?

Master Mobile Repair might be right for you!

How does it work?

When you choose mobile automotive repair, you get the same quality repairs you would get at a conventional repair facility in a convenient, affordable way. We’ll start with a phone consultation to discuss your issue. Then, you may be offered an on-site assessment during which some troubleshooting steps may be taken to further define the difficulty you’re having with your vehicle.

Next, you may receive an offer to repair or service your vehicle including an estimate of the cost of the parts, labor, taxes, and fees involved. In some cases, work may be completed at this time or, if needed, a time can be scheduled for the work to start. Your technician will guide you on any actions you may need to take while your repair is underway. Upon completion of the service, you will render payment, receive a receipt and warranty, and then have your key returned to you.

It’s best to think of mobile repair as a complement to the services you can get at your usual repair facility, and not all situations will receive an offer of an on-site assessment or an offer of a repair.

What do we offer?

We offer general repair services on import and domestic cars and light trucks. Many light-duty repairs are possible in a mobile setting. For those that aren’t, we will waive your fee and refer you to a conventional repair facility. Requests for services on other vehicle types are common and are handled on a case-by-case basis. Speak with a Service Advisor for full details on the solution that fits your situation.

Faults from a broad range of vehicle systems can be considered, including:

  1. Troubleshooting
  2. Engine repair and Driveability
  3. Electrical
  4. Steering
  5. Suspension
  6. Brakes
  7. Transmission and driveline
  8. Body functions
  9. And much more

Master Mobile Repair does not work in roadside repair due to the high risk of bodily harm.

Is there a warranty?
