Customer Responsibilities

In order to ensure smooth operations, we ask that you meet the following expectations:

  • Be present with your vehicle when your technician arrives and stay until your visit is complete.
    • More than 10 minutes of lateness will result in termination of service.
    • It’s okay to go inside your home, place of work, or a local business while you’re waiting.
  • Be reachable throughout your service by carrying your phone and responding to doorbell rings/knocks.
  • If you have an appointment and need to reschedule or cancel, give at least 24 hours of notice.
  • Maintain the area in which your vehicle will be serviced in a manner conducive to the work.
