No Surprise Billing: In order to promote a positive customer experience, Master Mobile Repair has a policy of no surprise billing. You will never be asked to pay an amount that you have not authorized. You are not required to authorize additional amounts for a job in progress. Failure to authorize necessary additional amounts for a job in progress may result in a reversal of the repair.
No Reimbursement Programs: All charges for services are due at the end of your service and must be paid to receive the key for your vehicle. Consequently, Master Mobile Repair does not accept payments from any third-party payors that pay by reimbursement such as Car Shield, Endurance Vehicle Coverage, AAA, etc. We will not produce paperwork for or communicate with third-party payors.
Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.
